I am here to guide and help you
Do not feel sad or weep
I'm here to love and protect you
Even when you are asleep



I wrap my arms around you
From morning till the night
Then watch you as you slumber
Till the early morning light



I keep you safe and warm
Whilst in your bed you lay
And keep you from all harm
Till dawn brings another day



Do not ever worry
If you feel I am not here
Just one call from your lips
And you'll find that I am near



Since you drew your first breath
I've been right by your side
Never will I leave you
I'm you loving, protecting guide
